Clinical Neuropsychology

The American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN) is a specialty board of the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).

Incorporated in 1981, ABCN is responsible for the administration of the examination for competence in the specialty of Clinical Neuropsychology and in the subspecialty of Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychology.

Candidates who pass the ABCN specialty examination become board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and are invited to join the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN), which is the membership organization of ABCN Specialists.
